2009 Fall League Registration

Fall House League 2009 runs from September  to December  2009

Registration for the Spring League can be carried out in the following ways:

1.  At the CRYSA clubhouse, 450 Merecroft Road, on June 27th and August 8th, 15th, 2009 from 10:00am to 3:00pm.

2.  Download the registration form and instructions, from our "Forms" page, then complete it and drop it off  along with the appropriate fees and documentation to:

New registrants must provide a copy of their Birth Certificate as proof of age.
Please make sure that you have not forgotten anything before you seal the envelope...
We require a post dated cheque dated December 15th for $50 for a uniform deposit.
We accept post dated cheques up to August 23rd, if your cheque does not clear, your child's registration will not be processed until payment has been received.  Cheques are to be made payable to CRYSA.

Refunds will be honored up to October 15th. The $5.00 user fee will not be reimbursed.

Registration will not be completed until CRYSA has received all payments and documentation...
