Registration for the Spring League can be carried out in the following ways:
Attend any of the three Live Registration dates: February 20th, 27th and March 6th, from 10am to 3pm at the Clubhouse.
Download the registration form from our "Forms" page, then complete it and send it along with appropriate fees and documentation to:

or;
Drop it off at one of the two locations listed below until March 6th. After March 6th you can drop your form off at the Registrar's home address and leave it in the drop box.

When Live Registration is closed you can only register by contacting the Registrar at their home phone number.
Mail-ins will only be accepted with correct payment amount, and if there is an opening in that Age Group...
New registrants must provide a copy of their Birth Certificate as proof of age.
Please make sure that you have not forgotten anything before you seal the envelope...
We accept post dated cheques up to March 15th. If your cheque does not clear, your child's registration will not be processed until payment has been received. Cheques are to be made payable to CRYSA. Refunds will not be honoured after April 15th.
